However, the cookies and cream flavor isn't always easy to find, and when it is found, it's more expensive than other flavors. I cannot tolerate the strawberry or the chocolate flavor it taste so disgusting like medicine. I have to take a sip of it and chase it with something that will take the taste away.

However, the cold brew, cookies n cream and vanilla are good. My favorite is the cold brew with cookies and cream being my 2nd choice.

Let me tell you this since the pandemic I've gained weight and no matter what I did, worked out cut carbs and/or sugar, etc. Nothing worked, I was always hungry and could never feel full. I also am an emotional eater and will binge. I used Intermittent fasting prior to the pandemic but since the pandemic it was almost imposible cuz I was always hungry.

OWYN keeps me in check, I finally feel full, which allows me to eat less and choose better and healthier foods. I can now Intermittent fast because I'm no longer overwhelmed with hunger. I've lost 10 lbs already. Now I know this isn't a weight loss product but this definitely is helping me get back on track and loose this pandemic weight.

I would recommend doing the variety pack 1st to figure out which flavor you like because like I said some flavor was just plain nasty but the other flavor we're. If you're looking for a good plant-base protein to help you stay full longer, this is the stuff right here!

What the heck? I opened the box to find this almost crushed completely. None of them broke thankfully but what the heck? This is terrible handling. I don't think it was even Amazon who handled it poorly because the Amazon box wasn't damaged buut I don't know. The outside of each shake is filthy and covered in some kind of dirt, it didn't let me rate my delivery either. The outside packaging for the shakes is taped together and beat up. Also tastes like coffee, nothing cookies and cream about it. Have to try a different one.
